What is Your Background?
I grew up in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. I attended Penn State University for undergrad and completed my dietetic internship at Missouri State University. Prior to CHARGE I was working as a dietitian in Baltimore in a hospital and outpatient setting.
What are the values that drive you?
Integrity, humility and empathy. I also strive for forward progress in life. Small steps and small wins can add up to big victories!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
My favorite fitness activities are yoga, spin and weight lifting - in no particular order. When I have additional downtime I love to see live sports, live music, and go on beach trips!
What do you like about working at the charge group?
I love having the opportunity to help individuals reach their health potentials. It is pretty amazing to be surrounded by motivated, inspiring people every day - clients and team members alike.

What is Your favorite food or snack?
Hummus in all flavors - garlic, spicy, chocolate (yes, chocolate!) with fruit, veggies, or pita chips.
