What is your background?
I grew up in Brooklyn, NY. I came to Pennsylvania for college and have been in the area ever since. I wasn't always a dietitian, I actually started as a medical technologist and became a dietitian after following my own health journey.
What are the values that drive you?
Self-care drives me. I believe that if you want to make changes in your life, you have to be willing and want to help yourself. It's one of the things we often deny ourselves the most of.
What do you like about working at the charge group?
I love traveling and being in new spaces. It keeps things new and fresh, which helps make everyday so uniquely different.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Love comics, video games and taking pictures of my food!
