What is your background?
I grew up in State College, Pennsylvania, and I stayed in the area to attend Penn State University where I majored in Nutritional Sciences. After finishing my degree, I completed my dietetic internship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. I then moved to Philadelphia where I worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for the Philadelphia WIC Program and then as a Renal Dietitian at Davita. I also did some outpatient nutrition counseling on the side. My husband and I decided we wanted to move back to the State College area, and I am excited that I am able to make a positive impact on people's health in my hometown as a part of the Charge Group!
