What is your Background?
I grew up in NJ and went to undergrad at West Chester University of PA, where I got a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. I completed my dietetic internship at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and landed in Philadelphia, where I began my career as a clinical dietitian. Through it all, I always found time to work at gyms as a group fitness instructor or fitness coach, which ultimately led to the transition from clinical to wellness as a dietitian!

What do you like about working at the Charge Group?
Every day is different from the next. Also, I get to make a career out of doing what I love!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Anything that includes being outdoors! Also, my days almost always end with a hot yoga class and reading a book. Trying new restaurants in Philadelphia with my friends is also on the top of my list.

My mom's homemade pasta sauce!

Favorite book is How Not To Die by Michael Greger. Favorite movies are Pretty Woman and How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days.
