What is your background?
I grew up in NY state, went to undergrad at Penn State and got a BS in Psychology and Biological Science, and then landed in Philadelphia at Drexel University to get my MS in Human Nutrition. I've been in Philly ever since as a dietitian in the hospital, outpatient, and retail settings.
What are values that drive you?
I strive to be authentic and approachable in everything I do, especially in my job. I also think being realistic and appreciating small things is so important when trying to make big changes- I tell this to my clients and try and remember this in my own life!
What do you like about working at the charge group?
The fact that I see up to 12 friendly faces a day! I get to know my clients personally, connect with them, and help so many people reach their goals and feel better about themselves. I also really love talking about food.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a distance runner- almost always training for my next marathon. I also like to bike and wander around and explore Philadelphia (and its food).

The Princess Bride- the book and the movie! Arrested Development and 30 Rock are my favorite TV shows of all time.
