WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND?
I graduated from West Chester University (go Rams!) with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Dietetics at a small university in Michigan called Grand Valley State University in conjunction with my dietetic internship.

Being a part of someone's journey to a healthier lifestyle. I love the aspect of helping facilitate someone to change for the better!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
Getting active! I love to lift weights, participate in group classes, or even go on a bike ride in the local park. If I'm not out running around, you can find me in my kitchen. I love making food that tastes good but at the same time packs a nutritious punch!
