Empathy, kindness, honesty, and faith.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Running, tennis, snow skiing, Pilates and yoga are my favorites! Traveling with my husband and three kids also ranks high on the list. We are at fields, courts, tracks and pools watching sports a lot, but when we are home, there is nothing better than hanging out at the pool in the summer or in front of a crackling fire in the winter!

What do you like about working at the charge group?

I love being part of a group whose primary focus is to help people move toward their wellness goals by meeting them where they are.
