What is your background?
Nutrition is a second career for me. In my mid-20s, I found running and it completely changed the trajectory of my life and empowered me to follow my dreams to work in health & wellness. Now I get to spend every day living my dream!
What are the values that drive you?
The values that drive me are: consistency, enjoyment, enthusiasm, & motivation. Each day, as I follow my own journey, I remind myself to keep showing up and enjoy the ride! I also feel so lucky that I can share a positive mindset and encourage others in the work that I do.
What do you like about working at the charge group?
Every single day I get to work with people to help them be the best version of themselves. I also get to learn something from every client I work with!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am not good at sitting still, so my first choice is almost always to go for a run; second is a long walk with my husband, Bob, and my dog, Joe.

You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
What is your favorite food or snack?
Peanut butter. Anything with peanut butter.

This American Life (I can’t resist a good listen to Ira Glass!); On the Road by Jack Kerouac (a book that inspired me to get out in the world and travel beyond my comfort zone); & Run Fast, Eat Slow by Shalane Flanagan & Elyse Kopecky (I love to cook & Shalane Flanagan – who won the New York City Marathon in 2017 – once ran with me for several miles in a half marathon!)
