Zoe Coleman, RD, LDN

Registered Dietitian

What is your background?

I grew up in Ithaca, New York and liked it so much that I decided to stick around for college. I ended up skipping town for a gap year in South America after my first semester. The trip sparked my interest in science and wellness and before I knew it, I was transferring to Cornell to complete my degree in Nutrition Science. I moved to Boston after graduation to complete my Dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital and found my place at the Charge Group shortly after.

What are the values that drive you?

What do you like about working at the charge group?

The people. Aside from my fun and supportive colleagues, I've gotten to work with hundreds of unforgettable clients from different backgrounds over the past couple years.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I like to play basketball and build things out of wood when time allows. Handmade squatty potties are my current side hustle.

What is your Favorite quote?

"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken."

What is your favorite food or snack?

Popcorn with a heavy dose of nutritional yeast.
